Bridge Tracker Support

Bridge Tracker by Zachary Perlman / 305 Labs shows the last reported state of the Brickell Avenue Bridge in Miami, opening history, widgets and optional iPhone alerts.

For help, email support@305labs.org. Include your app version/build from the app’s Privacy & support screen, your iOS/watchOS version, what happened and approximately when. Screenshots help; remove personal information first. Never send passwords, device credentials or private keys.

What do Up and Down mean?

Up means the drawbridge is raised and the road is blocked. Down means it is lowered. Readings come from FL511 and can be delayed. Follow road signs and bridge signals; this app is not a safety or navigation signal. Historical patterns are not a timetable or guarantee of future openings.

Old readings, Offline or Check status

Open the app with a network connection and tap Refresh. Widgets and complications show the last known reading and depend on Apple’s refresh scheduling. They may update less often than the app. Check status or Offline means a current reading is unavailable.

Alerts are not arriving

In the iPhone app, tap the bell, enable bridge alerts, choose the bridge changes and schedule, then save and wait for confirmation. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Bridge Tracker and Focus settings. Schedules use Miami time; temporary alerts expire at their selected deadline. Alerts are triggered by newly observed changes, not the bridge’s current state, and delivery may be delayed.

Stop alerts or remove registration

Disable Enable bridge alerts in the app and save while online. Wait for confirmation to remove the server registration. Turning off notifications in iOS Settings alone does not delete it. There is no user account to delete.

Apple Watch and widgets

The Watch app needs a network connection. Add Bridge Tracker widgets from the widget gallery; add compatible complications while editing your watch face. CarPlay uses the iOS widget: on a supported setup, open iPhone Settings → General → CarPlay → your car → Widgets. There is no separate CarPlay app.

See our Privacy Policy for data use, retention and privacy requests. Bridge Tracker is an independent app, not an official FL511 or government app.
